1. THE ATELIER CRAFTSMANSHIP & DISPATCH TIME
Many of our signature silhouettes and heavily embellished gowns are Made-to-Order or hand-finished individually upon purchase. To preserve our 11 years of heritage in artisan hand-beaded artistry, please allow 3 to 5 business days for our master pattern-makers and tailors to meticulously inspect and prepare your order for secure dispatch.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that for international shipments, packages may occasionally be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or taxes determined by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. NEEMEE has no control over these regional regulatory fees and cannot predict their amount.
5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
