Grounded in our eleven years of master craftsmanship, we intimately understand that flawless fit and impeccable feel are everything. If for any reason you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we are here to ensure a seamless resolution.

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To qualify for a luxury return and full product refund, your garment must strictly adhere to the following atelier standards:

14-Day Window: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days from the official date of delivery.
Untampered Tags: All original brand tags and security seals must remain attached, unaltered, and untampered in their original positions.
Pristine Condition: The dress must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any signs of wear, makeup stains, perfumes, or odors.
Original Packaging: Items should be returned enclosed in their original signature gold-stamped keepsake box whenever possible to preserve garment structure.
Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or digital receipt metadata is required to authorize the process.

2. EXCEPTIONS & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to the exclusive and limited nature of high-end hand-beaded apparel, the following items cannot be accepted for returns or refunds:

Items clearly designated as "Final Sale" during exclusive promotional events.
Fully bespoke, bespoke-customized garments crafted to individual, non-standard body measurements.
Garments where the security tags have been detached, cut, or damaged.

3. THE RETURN TIMELINE & PROCESS

To execute a flawless return, please follow our curated concierge framework:

Initiate: Contact our dedicated Digital Concierge at support@neemeeofficial.com with your order number.
Authorization: Upon verification, our team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the dedicated return atelier address.
Dispatch: Securely package the garment and ship it back using a reliable, trackable carrier service. We highly recommend fully insured shipping.
Inspection & Refund: Once our specialized atelier receives and inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. EXCHANGES (COMPLIMENTARY SIZE & COLOR SWAPS)

We are delighted to offer seamless exchanges to help you secure your perfect silhouette:

Exchange Scope: We accommodate complimentary exchanges for alternative standard sizes or alternative colors of the same design (subject to availability).
Atelier Courtesy: For standard size or color exchanges, NEEMEE will graciously provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the logistics cost.
Style Modifications: If you desire to exchange your piece for an entirely different design style, any price discrepancies will be billed or credited.
International Exchange Note: While our exchange processing is immediate, international transit times via DHL Express may vary based on customs.
